Disclaimer

It is important to me to know where what I'm seeing has come from. I want to extend that same courtesy to you. Unless otherwise stated, all products mentioned on my blog have been purchased by me. I am fortunate to find myself occasionally contacted by companies to try their products or services. I only accept, review and recommend products and companies I am genuinely interested in. It is important to me to provide my honest thoughts on the items I've spent time trying and using.

From September 2018, all press products sent to me by brands or companies will be marked by a ℅ symbol.

Affiliate Links

In March 2018, I registered with affiliate programme Awin. This is my understanding of how it works:
  • If you or another visitor clicks on a link to a product or service on my blog,
  • AND you purchase the item/service after clicking this link
  • AND this product is from a brand that partner with the Awin network
  • then I can potentially earn a commission from this purchase.
If you are not into this, you can spot an affiliate link before you click it. On desktop, do this by hovering over the link. On mobile, tap and hold on the link until an actions screen appears to see if the URL looks funky.

For all links listed in the Voucher section of the sidebar on my blog, I am either rewarded with money off or sent future discounts if you make a purchase through my referral. So yes, you're helping my therapy subscription be slightly cheaper. Thank you.

GDPR

I'm actually pretty freaked out about how much invisible digital tracking happens online. However as my blog is hosted on Blogger, a Google platform, that does mean "this site uses cookies from Google to deliver its services and to analyse traffic. Your IP address and user agent are shared with Google, together with performance and security metrics, to ensure quality of service, generate usage statistics and to detect and address abuse." You can learn more about that from our overlords; I also recommend clearing your cookies regularly, unticking those advertising check boxes whenever you can and investing in a VPN.
